We love this cottage and have a number of family members living in the Dales so visit often. Unfortunately due to the coronavirus and the current government guidelines we felt we had no choice but to reschedule our stay. On contacting the holiday cottage owner they would not permit us to reschedule and insisted on keeping our deposit. In a time of national crisis and despite the mortgage holidays, government backed loans and grants it is a terrible shame some people are not prepared to show support to those of us trying to do the right thing. We will now never book this cottage again
